Diwali is here upon us in all its glory. I wish all runners and friends a happy and prosperous festival. May the light shine on us and take us to victory and triumph.

The festival is about joy and giving. Give a part of yourself to yourself. Go for a run, no matter how short the distance. As they say the "hardest step for a runner is the first step they take out of the door". Have fun and run. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5K and so on... You will feel good at the end of it, for the sweets and a delectable fare is awaiting you as a reward on D-day.
