=>Water, is must but never gulp it , sip instead
=>Eat after 14 km, atleast banana or something like that. and make
sure to
eat after every 1 hour ,, ie: dates, banana,reisin etc.
=>Have Planned break instead of break after tired
=> Devide ur Run into 3 to 4 Parts, it will be very easy to
complete short
distance
