The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it

You can get technical details here.
Please continue your visit at our home page.

The error comes every now and then. Usually it is the same person. It does not come every time.

It seems to be something to do with authentication.

What can be done to investigate this issue?

rene

Hi Rene

This error happens when user is not « well » authenticated (bad login/password)

If you are using Google Open Id, perhaps Google login is different from RMP login

Can you also check that you gave user permission to access your web form and that your user belongs to the lane of Manual task ?

Regards

Alex

I just started getting this message yesterday on one of our users. They have run the web interface to launch this process 100s of times with no issue.

Here's the steps:
- from the project definition folder when they are logged in to rmp, they choose web interfaces / launch / live version
- the web interface opens
- on submit, they get the error "Forbidden (403) - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it"

Context:
They are an administrator on the account.
Their role is in the access rights for the project under designer/supervisor/user.
Nothing changed in the process design / etc. before this happened

Hello

Can you give me login of user who has the problem ?

Can I try to start a process on his behalf ?

Can you give me project and web interface name ?

Regards

Alex
