Hi Runners,
This Saturday, March 22nd, we will start our long run at 6:30 a.m. at Hunters Crossing to run the route to Westside Park and Alfred Ring. This route is 12 miles long, but we can tell you when to loop back for shorter distances. This route has paved trail, roadside, some sidewalk, some hills, dirt trail thru Alfred Ring if you want, and water stops every 2 to 3 miles. Hunter's Crossing Publix is at the corner of NW 43rd Street and NW 53rd Avenue/Millhopper Road. We park in the parking lot behind the dentist office to the right of Publix in front of AAA.   http://www.mapmyrun.com/us/alachua-fl/hunters-crossing-to-alfred-ring-park-route-427568

Breakfast Club - We text when we finish so anyone can join! Probably 43rd Street Deli.

RACES:  Next weekend, if you are interested in a trail run, the 2025 Trail of Payne 5k, 10k or 1 mile fun run is Saturday, March 29th.  Hosted by Lloyd Clarke Sports (and we're glad they are back in business!) register at runsignup.com
Races: Spud Run in Hastings, April 26th!  5K, 10K, or both!  Remember cabbage and potatoes when you finish and a Cabbage, Potato and Bacon Festival in Hastings!  We have a good group already signed up and we are bringing breakfast foods to share to celebrate after under the big tree.   Register now! Also considering the following weekend is Fernandina Beach Shrimp Festival 5k, SaturdayMay 3rd. The festival is great and so was last year's tie-dyed T shirt!

I'm enjoying this wonderful SPRINweather!  But it's supposed to be a cold 41 degrees Saturday morn!
Run happy, Diane
