Hi Runners,

This Saturday, August 9th, we will start our long run at Hunter's Crossing Publix at 6:00 AM to run the route to Westside Park and Alfred Ring. This route is 12 miles long, but we can tell you when to loop back for shorter distances. This route has paved trail, roadside, some sidewalk, some hills, dirt trail thru Alfred Ring if you want, and water stops every 2 to 3 miles. Hunter's Crossing Publix is at the corner of NW 43rd Street and NW 53rd Avenue/Millhopper Road. Breakfast Club - We text when we finish so anyone can join! Probably 43rd Street Deli.

Also, this Saturday, August 9th, 4 to 7 PM is the Florida Track Club Summer Social. It is at StokeBarn — 1708 SW 117th St. (off Parker Road) There's food, drinks, and fun! Bring the whole family and invite your friends!

Notice, we are starting early at 6 AM again!
