Add Chapters from different Textbooks or Modify the index

I need to modify the index and add a few chapters . Also need to make a new book. Could you please guide me?

You should fork the ebook that you want to change on github.  Then you can modify the index and add chapters.  You can ask Brad Miller to add the new ebook to his server or put it on your own server.
