Next UI and Removal of Collapse/Expand All

  After enabling "Next UI" (using bottom right-hand gear box); we noticed the "Expand All" and "Collapse All" options for "Jobs" in left-hand navigator.  Is this on purpose?  Or a bug?  Or an option which we need to set for when users turn on "Next UI"?
