How to run a cron job every 5 minutes ?

Hi Group,

Can someone help me on how to schedule a Cron Job to run every 5 minutes. 

I am not being able to edit the interval or any other fields. Just the value 0 36 12 ? *** I am able to edit, as show in the screen shot.

Please find attached screen shot.

Hello,

1st field is second, 2nd is minute, then hours, day of month, month, day of week and year.
You can check that by clicking on the filed you are interested and a comment will appear on the right of the box.
