importing rundeck archives

Hi All

I want to exactly  match all the projects and jobs from one rundeck server to another rundeck server - is there a way to do that ? 

Looking at the import / export archive option it looks like you can only export / import the jobs under a given project and you would need to first  manually create a project to import the jobs into - is this correct?

If I create the projects using the command line tool (RD) is there a way to also import the archive using the command line tool ?
