Hi,

I am using Rundeck Pro version.
While trying to get the rundeck job output from browser using the api and auth token, its not giving the output consistently.I am either getting error like "The page you requested could not be found." or (Token:tosfE****) is not authorized for: /api/5/execution/1625/output.

Scenario 1:
Directly hitting the url  http://*****:4440/api/5/execution/1723/output?authtoken=********************** sometime it gives response when the Rundeck server logged in the same browser.
But this same scenario is not working
Scenario 2:If we logout and login again and hit the url it works. But this scenario is not also not working always.

Can anyone faced this issue and have solution

Thanks,
Sujitha P

Hi Suji,

Access the API through the browser isn't actually supported right now. You might try the CLI in the meantime.
Otherwise, there is a permalink to the job execution you can reach through the browser: http://<rundeck-host>:<port>/project/<project>/execution/show/<execution>?mode=tail

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your response.I am trying it from UI i.e form vue js. So it can be achievable only through API.

Thanks,
Sujitha P

Hi All,

Could you please help me in adding aws instance as a node in rundeck. Kindly help me with the step by step procedure & share me a demo if possible.
I would be grateful if you help me with this.

With Regards
Lakki
