What meaning "NOT STARTED" state ?

When I exceute parallel jobs, There will be some jobs with "NOT STARTED" state.

Why does my some job have a "NOT STARTED" state?

What does a job with "NOT STARTED" status mean?

FYI : node-execution : OpenSSH_7.4p1, OpenSSL 1.0.2k-fips
         Rundeck version : 3.2.2

         Backend database : mariadb 10.4.13
         OS : redhat 7.9
         CPU : 4 Core

         RAM : 20 GB

Hi Anawish,

Do you see any clue on the service.log file? Could you test with the latest Rundeck version (4.6.1 at this moment)?
