SSHProtocolFailure: channel is not opened.

I've seem some last year issues on this topic, but without any solution or workaround.
I've been having random errors like these:

channel is not opened.

Failed: SSHProtocolFailure: channel is not opened.

Can anyone point a solution?

What Rundeck version do you have? What kind of installation? (RPM/DEB or WAR).

Maybe you're facing this bug:

Try using OpenSSH executor instead SSH node executor.

I am getting this error when tried  using OpenSSH executor instead SSH node executor.

Failed: NonZeroResultCode: [ssh-exec] Result code: 255

when
