Rundeck activity, status failed but step is ok

Hello everybody,

I have this anomalous situation on rundeck on the status of a job, as shown in the images failed but the steps are ok.

Is there any setting in the rundeck to set to avoid this situation? or does the problem depend on something else?

Hi Diego, do you see any clue on the service.log? Which Rundeck version are you using?

I am using this version: Rundeck 4.6.1

From log some information found in the service.log:

[2022-10-17T23:00:08,064] ERROR services.ExecutionUtilService - Execution failed: 3079 in project Amazon: [Workflow result: , Node failures: {localhost=[]}, status: failed]
[2022-10-18T00:00:10,064] ERROR workflow.EngineWorkflowExecutor - [wf:8e85560e-294e-4f8e-9ebe-a4425c210603] Cancellation while running step [1]

Hi Diego,

It seems that you're facing this odd issue, could you add your instance information? I tried to reproduce it unsuccessfully. Also, could you provide more info about your instance? Is it an upgraded instance? (which versions?), which database backend? Do you see the same behavior in a specific job or globally? (please share a useful job definition to reproduce).
