We are trying to run a job against multiple nodes (usually 75+). After starting the job, this warning appears in the service and rundeck logs and the UI presents a "This site can not be reached" page. Going back the submission.page we see "Starting execution" text with a spinning gear. The job never is listed in the Activities tab and there is no evidence that is was ever executed.
When the job is executed via the API, it works fine (i.e., expected results in the Activities tab, no warnings in the logs). We are using the Community 3.4.10 version. We've searched for config settings for jetty, etc. but have not found any clues on how to resolve this issue. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,

Your instance is behind a proxy server or firewall? What kind of installation are you using? (WAR, DEB, RPM, Docker, Tomcat).

Regards.

Hi,
We are using an RPM install and behind a firewall. Not sure the firewall is the issue since the API call works.
