Rundeck scheduler job don't execute on time

Hi, I'm Quinn, I find a Rundeck problem that scheduler job don't execute on time, like the blow screenshot setting and execution log, I set  the job run at every hour of 01 minute, but finally run at 35 minutes, the system time is normally, it is strange that doesn't do that every time, so there is anyone can help me resolve it ?

The cron format for a job to run the first minute of every hour would be like this:

01 * * * *


Where did you even find the option to schedule the job? I don't see the option 'schedule job to run repeatedly' anywhere in the job configuration..
