Project or Global notifications for any job failure

I have a couple of cases where I'd like to have Rundeck email or execute a job in a different project when any job fails as well as sending the the job specific notifications.

Is there a way to configure that at the project or server level in Rundeck?

Basically, when any job fails, I want to call a job in a support project that will create a ticket in our ticketing system or, alternatively, email a notification.

You can create a "master job" calling your target job using the job reference step. In that step, you can "attach" an error handler calling the job in the other project (with an email notification).
