I browse to either http://<ip address>:4440 or http://<FQDN>:4440.  I get the logon page but when I enter the admin username/password I get page not found.  I'm redirected to  http://localhost:4440/menu/home.

Am I missing something really simple?

Hi Evelyn,

Change the following setting in /etc/rundeck/framework.properties file:
  • framework.rundeck.url: Base URL for Rundeck server. Change localhost to FQDN

Best,
Artur Martins

Be sure to set the `grails.serverURL` value in "rundeck-config.properties"  This tells the server what external URL to use
