Rundeck Helm Chart for Kubernetes in incubator

Hi All,

I've been working on a basic setup for rundeck to run in a kubernetes cluster. I've pushed it to the incubator section in http://github.com/helm/charts, so you can contribute to getting it working on kubernetes.

I'm active on github so any PR's you have i'll be able to review them.
