Hello,

We've been using rundeck for some time and have a problem. If a workflow fails we can't find a way of resuming it at the failed step, and instead we are having to manually run the remaining steps.

How can we restart the workflow at the failed step?

Hi Marsha

That's currently not possible but is a feature on the roadmap if you'd like to vote on it: https://trello.com/c/LPnsZ019/34-pause-resume-recover-a-running-job-execution-optionally-with-user-interaction

Thanks Alex.

How many votes does it need to get implemented? I see from github it's been on the roadmap for nearly 3 years (https://github.com/rundeck/rundeck/issues/126).

This is a real problem for us so if it's not likely to be added any time soon we'd probably have to migrate to something else like Azkaban or Amazon data pipeline.

Thanks

Hi Alex,

Can you predict when will this feature be implemented or scheduled?

Best regards
