Rundeck Community: latest.rpm times out

Hi, Group.

I'm doing a Community install per the instructions at 

https://www.rundeck.com/community-updates/how-to-install-rundeck-community-on-linux

The add repo step fails with a timeout error:

$ sudo rpm -Uvh https://repo.rundeck.org/latest.rpm

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Is there another way to get the repo?
