How to connect Windows host from Rundeck(linux)

Hi,

How to connect and trigger a script or command in Windows host from Rundeck which is running on Linux machine?

We have a similar set up and we installed Cygwin ssh on the Windows nodes to be able to run scripts/commands from the CentOS Rundeck server.

Other options are to use the script plugin to execute winexe commands (http://sourceforge.net/projects/winexe/) or the winrm plugin.

We are using the winrm plugin for rundeck and it works quite well. https://github.com/rundeck-plugins/rundeck-winrm-plugin

I should point out that you can only execute remote commands. Inline scripts is not supported unfortunately which is why we mainly use cygwin.
