Could you try restarting the rundeck service and check again?
Also, if your instance is behind a proxy server make sure to set the grails.ServerURL parameter (at /etc/rundeck/rundeck-config.properties file) with the proxy external URL for the Rundeck instance, similar to this.

Hi Eric, do you see any clue in the service.log file at the moment of launching Rundeck? The service.log file is located at /var/log/rundeck path.
Which Rundeck version and kind of installation (RPM/DEB) are you using?
Which Operating System and Java version are you using?
