Hi Guys…. Well, my plans changed (due to work needs) and I did not go to Oconomowoc for the 5K…. I was pre-registered, but the $$ and shirt went to a good cause. So, I ran 13 miles with the Reedsburgers on Saturday morning. They will be moving their “Vet-Fest” training to Nishan Park (across Land’s End, and also the start of Vet-Fest race) to 7:00 next Saturday (March 7^th)… mileage up to each runner, but I would image 9-11 miles will be what they do. I will be running the Point Bock 5mile at noon on Saturday….. No way I’m missing that race, considering I’m gonna run Justin into the ground…. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! JJJJ
