Hello fellow runners,

I had an AMAZING run with the “Reedsburg Runners” at the Chamber of Commerce in Reedsburg at 8:00 this morning.  Then I went to Baraboo to meet the “BARC” (Baraboo Area Running Club) at 9:30 at The Coffee Bean Connection ( 5th & Oak) to run 8 miles with them.   Thanks to Jeff Filter and Bill Higgins for sharing the “road” with me today.  I had 9 miles on my Eau Claire marathon training schedule today, but ended up doing 14 miles total…. COOL BEANS… !!

Please bear with me as I learn how to email everyone, as I know you’re getting duplicate emails.  I’m working on it… ! J   Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and will see you out on the roads… J

Happy and  Healthy running…. ! J

Hello All,

Well, this Saturday, I will be running 14 miles (stinkin marathon training anyway….  He he J ) with the “Reedsburg Runners” at 8:00 a.m. at the Chamber of Commerce in Reedsburg to crank out this distance.  If the 400 trail has “good” footing, I will run my 14 on it.  If not, I will run the hills outside of Reedsburg to make me even “tougher” for Eau Claire on May 3rd.  With the forecast for Saturday showing a “high” of 9, and toss in 20 – 30 mph winds, I think that will make for a lonely, but AMAZING run… !   Guess I could wait until Sunday when it’s gonna be 62 and partly sunny, but that just seems to easy….. I DON’T LIKE EASY… ! J

So, happy and healthy running, and see you out “there”……      “ I was running in shorts last Sunday, and some non-runner said, “ You must be crazy… “  It was the best compliment I’ve ever heard…. J
