Hello All…. Pretty nasty for tonight’s run…  Anyone interested in toughing out a few miles?  If not, I will see “you” this weekend.  Also, I “started” a website, via GoDaddy, for runners in this area.  It’s only a start, but at least it’s something.  I will to continue to add to it.   www.barabooarearunningclub.com/

Hello All,

 

I will be in Fort Atkinson for the better part of Saturday.  But my 14 miler will happen, just not in the morning.  I will be running from my apartment in Reedsburg to The Crane Foundation. ( 13.1 miles)  That way, the 20-30 mph north west winds will be at my back the entire way… ! J    YEA ME…. !    So, maybe will see “you” tonight for the Wednesday night run at Boo library….    5:30 SHARP… J

It’s cold and windy…. I dare you to join us at 5:30 tonight at the “Boo” library for a “couple” of miles…. Isn’t running better than not running…. ?  If you have to think about the answer, that’s probably your answer… !

TGIF Everyone!

 

Anyone interested in doing the Shamrock Shuffle run in downtown Madison, Sunday, March 15^th at 10:00am.  Want to do the 10K and would be more fun if others went too – I will drive!  $35 if register by 2/27/15.  Also a 5K and 2 mile walk.

 

Hope to see you guys Saturday at the Bean.
