Hello Runagades!

 

This week is our annual Runagade Christmas Run or as some have called it, the Temple invasion run.  Everyone is welcome!  Come have fun and enjoy the lights at Temple Square with none of the crowds.

 

Please note the start time – 6:00AM!! This allows us to see the lights while it’s still dark.

It’s pretty easy. 15th East to Harvard. Harvard to 13th East. 13th to Yale  to S Douglas and then wind down Gilmer and pop out at 11th east and 9th south.

Hello Runagades!

 

This week we will try to get out of the valley and run in Park City! This run is self-supporting but there is a gas station mid-way in the run for bathroom breaks and water refills.

 

Note, there may be snow this weekend.  If it’s too bad, we may change to our backup route, reverse Lloyd’s on Wasatch.  I’ll send out a note and update facebook with details if we change the route.

 

Route: Park City at the Fieldhouse

Start time: 7:00 AM

Start location: Basin Recreation Fieldhouse, 1388 Center Dr, Park City

Carpooling Info:  Meet at 6:30AM at the Park-N-Ride on 3900 S and Wasatch

Hello Runagades!

 

This week we are running Keith’s Sugarhouse to Holladay.  It has quickly become a favorite!

 

Please note the new starting location. 

 

In addition, the attached map shows several versions of the route – a longer and shorter route.  The shorter route is about 12 miles.  Since this is a self-supporting run, let’s discuss at the start if we should add on a 2 mile loop since we had targeted this run for 14 miles.

 

Route: Keith’s Sugarhouse to Holladay – Blue Loop

Start location: Smith’s parking lot, west side, 900 E 2100 S

Mileage: 12-14

Sag: Self-Support (there are several gas stations/stores on the route for refills)
