New version of the data

Dear all,

In recent weeks I have corrected a number of problems with the training/dev data, resulting in a new data download and an updated dev reference on the competition website. Reddit missing stance keys for original posts have been added, a block of missing Twitter threads have been added for which OP veracities were already present, and some minor idiosyncracies with the Reddit data have been improved.

Note that some of the Reddit posts were deleted by the user, resulting in an empty post. These have been included to preserve the structure of the conversation, but empty replies should be classified as "comment".
