[Rummble API] new idea of API calls

new idea:
- implement an API call, with which an user can send a friend an email
oder sms to invite him to rummble.
- API call, with which a user can send an person in rummble and invite
him to be friends

Sounds like something we should add. I will need to check with the
other team members why we haven't done this yet.
