We are looking for someone to join our department who has research experience in undergraduate math education.  We are hoping to find someone who is enthusiastic about collaborating with other members of the department to strengthen our curriculum and offer insights about evidence based practices for undergraduate math education.  This person will be the first RUME scholar to join our department, but there is a community of DBER folks at CSUSM from other STEM departments who are excited about having a new member join.
