Hi folks,

This is a courtesy reminder for those of you who are completing a submission for the RUME conference.

1. You might have received an error message saying "a file is not uploaded" when you only submitted one file. As the RFP, the business meeting, and an earlier email reminder have stated, you need to upload both a PDF and a docx for each paper submission.

2. There will not be any extension to the deadline. All paper submissions are still due tonight, Friday, September 5th, 2025 at 11.59 US Pacific time.
