We at Project EMBER are running a series of meet-ups about common issues and topics that arise as people work to better support intro math students, especially at research universities. The next session on coreqs is coming up this Thursday at 2pm CT.  (Corequisite support courses help students deemed not quite ready for courses – a research-supported practice with a lot of traction at community college and much less at four-year schools.) It’s a great opportunity to learn more if you’re curious - and get an expert perspective if you’re in the thick of it.

cheers,

dave
