RUME Conference Reminders

Dear colleagues, 

This is a courtesy reminder that the Working Group proposals for the 2026 RUME Conference are due tonight at 11.59pm (Friday, September 12) via email directly to me. For more details on the submission process, please consult the Working Group RFP 2026, which is also available on the RUME Conference website (rumeconference.com) under submissions.

I will also take this opportunity to remind folks who submitted a paper proposal that their review assignment was released yesterday. Please check your inbox or log in to CMT. The reviews are due on October 17th, 2025 via CMT. 

Lastly, poster proposals for the conference are due Friday, November 7th at 11.59pm on CMT. Thank you to those of you who already submitted their proposals.
