CUBAN MOVIE NIGHT at DARKSIDE

Come get an inside glimpse of the diverse, colorful music world of Cuba. This Thursday (October 27), Rumbanana Salsa Group hosts Cuban Movie Night showing, "Animals of Cuban Music."  This documentary features the recent conflict between Cuban Timba/Salsa musicians and the new, rising stars of Reggaeton.  Movie includes interviews with legendary artists like Juan Formell, Manolito Simonet, Samuel Formell, David Calzado and many others. It also includes a ton of footage from music concerts.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Movie starts at 7 p.m.

CUBAN MOVIE AFTER PARTY ... following the movie, join us for some dancing.  Believe us - after watching the movie,  you'll need to dance. We're hosting an after-movie dance party at Odd Fellows Hall in downtown Corvallis (223 SW 2nd St.) starting at 8:30 p.m. and going until 10 p.m.
