Just wanted to update our community about Cuban Salsa events coming up in the next few weeks.   There's a bit going on in the next two weeks:

Tuesday & Wednesday: special Cuban Salsa dance workshops.

• Tuesday, 6 p.m.: Footwork and turning (all levels)
• Wednesday, 6 p.m. Musicality (intermediate/advance)
• Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. Advanced Casino (advance)
• Cost is $15 per workshop
• Location: Impulse Bar and Grill - 1425 NW Monroe in Corvallis

Wednesday (PORTLAND): OMSI After Dark features Rumbanana and Rueda Pa'Gozar
Visit OMSI in Portland on Wednesday (6 - 10 p.m.) and check out cool science plus Rueda de Casino demonstrated by Rumbanana and Rueda Pa'Gozar!

Friday (PORTLAND): One Night in Cuba at Aztec Willies!

It's our once-a-month gathering in Portland for Cuban-related shenanigans. Come dance and party to amazing music of Cuba. Location: Aztec Willies - 1501 NE Broadway. Cover is $5.

Tuesday (June 5): Beginner Cuban Salsa Class (6 - 7:30 p.m.)

The next four-week, beginner Cuban Salsa class starts in Corvallis. We have a few spots left.  Got friends?  Sign them up. Location: Impulse Bar & Grill - 1425 NW Monroe Ave. Corvallis.

Wednesday (June 6): Level 2 and 4 Cuban Salsa classes start at Impulse Bar & Grill in Corvallis. Level 2 is from 6 - 7:30 p.m. and Level 4 is 7:30 - 9 p.m. These four-week courses still have a few spots left. Sign up today.

Saturday (June 9): Rueda en la Calle at the Corvallis Farmers' Market (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.) on 1st and Monroe St.  Come join the fun of dancing outside!

Sunday (June 10): Rumbanana takes over the Oregon State Ballroom Dance at the OSU Memorial Union ballroom. We teach a lesson, dance a bunch and perform.  Come check it out.  Lesson starts around 7 p.m.

And of course, EVERY TUESDAY is Timba Tuesday (a night of Cuban music and dancing) at Impulse Bar & Grill in Corvallis.  The party starts at 7:30 p.m. and it's FREE!
