[rum-discuss] routes 1.11 compatibility fixed

Hi!

I fixed RUM's compatibility with routes 1.11.
@Alberto:
Could you please review my changes?

This was a very important step to be compatible with the latest Pylons
versions.

We do not yet support routes 1.12, but I hope that it will be a lot
easier.

we are compatible with routes 1.12.1 now.
