Ruleby has moved

FYI, ruleby has moved to the following location:

http://github.com/codeaspects/ruleby

I just realised that this means one can't get updates with gem update because github no longer builds gems.

To get 0.7 gem one has to clone from github. "git clone git://github.com/codeaspects/ruleby.git"

Remove -SNAPSHOT from the s.version field of the Rakefile.

Run Rake i.e. "rake"

The gem is build in pkg
