New DSL

I've been working on a new Ruleby DSL for quite some time now, and I just got it to the point where all specs pass and all examples/benchmarks have been converted.

You'll find that it is slightly more verbose than the old DSL, but probably easier to remember.  

If we get favorable feedback about it, we'll merge it into master prior to the 1.0 release.  But we won't get rid of the Ferrari DSL (since plenty of folks are still using it).  Instead, we're going to create a smoother way to switch between two DSLs (but probably without the ability to use two in the same Rulebook).  So we will maintain two DSLs for some time, but it's not too bad because they have a *lot* of common parts.  

If you think it stinks, then let us know!  We have thick skin :)
