Arduino 0018 available

Release 0018 of the Arduino development environment for the Gator is
now available:

We are now making the Arduino-for-Gator development environment
available for Mac OS X.

The Gator-specific changes in the development environment are:

1) The millis() function is more accurate now. Before it was off by
0.4%.

2) The second hardware serial port (UART1) on the ATmega324P is now
exposed in the HardwareSerial class as the Serial1 object (in addition
to the standard Serial object which represents UART0).
