New SERIAL application + Arduino compatibility

Our free GUI software has been updated to version 1.5. You can
download it from:

This version includes a new SERIAL application which allows the GATOR
board to function as a USB-to-serial converter, allowing easy
interfacing with logic-level serial ports found on many circuits.

This version also introduces compatibility with the Arduino
