OK, here is the absolute, definitive, we have treble checked the dates status.
NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS are MAY 15 -17 venue TBD.
I will back up 3 weeks so the South Qualifiers are MARCH 28/29.
Here is the deal, this is a SOUTH competition so qualifiers to the South Championship need to be members of and be in good standing with there LAU. Membership can be that the Youth Based Organization is itself a member or associate member of there LAU.
I will require the LAU Presidents to oversee that HS and U19 Eligibility requirements are complied with. The LAU may devolve this responsibility to a member organization.

As the National HS/U19 championships are May 15-17 I propose the South Championships be held on April 25/26.
Format will be the same as last year with Boys single and multi School brackets and a combined girls bracket.
Bids are invited to host the 2009 South Championships, please submit to me by Nov 30. Bid requirements can be found on the south web site.
Please let me know immediately if the proposed date is a combined NO NO for some reason.
Please forward this information to your youth organizations and teams.
