Hi, thanks to everyone for getting there qualifiers to me, attached is the
completed brackets, qualifiers by seed and the documents you need for your
teams to come with everything completed.

At check in you will need;

1. Team Participation agreement. Signed by you and an officer of your LAU or
Youth Organization is a recognized SBRO.
2. Each player is to have a signed waiver, if under 18 signed by parent and
guardian.
3. Championship Roster, please fill in Alphabetical order to make check in
easy.
4, Copy of your clubs USAR CIPP roster printed out.

At check in, line up your team in alphabetic order, each player to have a
picture ID and their signed waiver.

Provide me your championship roster and CIPP list, then I will check each
players ID and collect there waivers. That will complete check in.

For single school teams, I am putting you on trust but be prepared for
possible challenge as to eligibility. Have a list authorized by your school
registrar or a school ID just in case.

I hour before each match you must present your 22 man roster to the
organizers. Please note, again you are on trust, but if found playing a 'non
rostered' player you will automatically forfeit that game.

Lastly, CONGRATULATIONS on your achievement and I look forward to meeting
everyone of you this weekend and please remember the RUGBY ETHOS, fair and
hard play decided on the field. (referees will be instructed to penalize any
Taunting and referee abuse will not be tolerated)

Good Luck

Martin

Apologies if you get this twice and please forward as required
