With 68-0 win, Axemen host South Championship this Saturday

Axemen move on to South Championship with win over Copperheads.  Host Tampa Mayhem this Saturday.  With a 68-0 win over the Copperheads this past Saturday.  The 121 Financial Credit Union Jacksonville Axemen moved one step closer to a fourth National Championship.   Head coach Sean Rutgerson is happy with the teams performance, “What I’m happy with is our players’ discipline. We knew they (Copperheads) were going to come up and try and upset us. They had nothing to lose and we were expecting anything and that’s what we got.” The Axemen are hosting the South Championship this Saturday against the Tampa Mayhem and are relying on the support of the fans.
