OPTIONS for Travel and Stay

• Arrive Wednesday, depart Monday:
  • $1,386 per person - double occupancy;
  • $1,916 for a single occupancy)
• Arrive Thursday, depart Monday:
  • $1,210 per person double occupancy
  • $1,680 for one in a single occupancy room)
• Arrive Friday, depart Monday:
  • $990 per person double occupancy
  • $1,400 for one in a single occupancy room

 

FLIGHT OPTIONS

• Group Rate:ATL direct to Liberia (LIR) - approx $985 - need to get 10+ for rate; 6 in presently - $100 deposit in week; remainder in September

• Individual: Atl direct to LIR - approx 65,000 miles or $980

 

Non- Atl Options

• Birmingham to LIR (stop in Atl) - approx. $520 (same flight as above - just have to start in LIR
• Multiple other cities have between $500-650 - e.g. Tampa
• Flight to San Jose - less expensive than LIR but 5 hour ride to Guancastle and greater shuttle fee

ITINERARY

 

Wednesday – Arrivals, transportation to hotel included in price

Thursday – Beach day and continued arrivals, Welcome Dinner

Friday – Optional activities (land or boat tours)

Saturday – transportation to match, drinks and dinner after

Sunday – Relaxing day with Private Catamaran Tour, Farewell Dinner with Calypso Band (included in price)

Monday – Departures, transportation to airport included in price

 

** Transportation can be reduced with a larger group arriving at the same time; most $45 per person or $90 for couple.
