Test::Unit::TestCase used to override the results xml file but not anymore

I think after I upgrade Ruby to 1.9.3 it is not overriding anymore the test results, but keep adding a number next to the test results file name.

What happen is that I am not getting the correct results when getting results by mail.

Any idea?
