email notification for each step in pipeline

I wonder can ruffus send email when the pipeline has errors or finishes successfully?

Sorry for the late reply. There isn't any provision for either. Would you like to add an issue to the git repository?

As a work around you can specify a lambda or a function with @posttask which will be called when a task is completed:
