Pass a list of file to ruffus pipeline

Hi all,

I have this very simple ruffus function that takes a list of files as input params and ananlyzes them. The list of files would be passed from the python command line such as mycode.py file1 file2

The issue I have is I am unable to call my function after decorating with ruffus decorators, also, the output files are more than on and are created by my code. Following are some examples I tried:

#@transform(file_list,suffix(".ext"),".csv")

#@files(generate_params)

Any pointers?

I am afraid I don't yet understand your difficulties.

Do you have a minimal code example which doesn't work that you could post?
