It is the favourite of Goddess Lakshmi.
It is one of the four attributes Vishnu holds in his hands.
Even to look at a conch-shell, or to touch it, would mean eradication of sins.

Goddess Mahalakshmi holding Dakshinavarti ShankhDakshinavarti Shankh is the symbol of Maa Lakshmi. Goddess Lakshmi is always depicted with Dakshinavarti Shank in her hands. The Dakshinavarti Shankha is also known as Lakshmi Shankha and Valampuri Shankha. Dakshina means the south side or when holding the shankh, Right Side. South is the direction of Kuber, the God of wealth. This shankha is very rare & much coveted and it is highly auspicious to keep it in Pooja for all round prosperity.

The Sri Lakshmi Shankh has reverse-turning spiral. When held with the crown pointed up, the conch's spiral will turn to the right (Dakshinavarti) rather than the far more common variety which turns left (Vamavarti).

Properties of a real Right hand Lakshmi Shankh as per Skanda-purana

The sacred conch-shell must be dazzling white in colour, like cow's milk.
It must have a long neck and broad body
It must be long in the front portion
When blown, it should emit a long, loud and sonorous sound like 'OM'.
It should have 3 spirals on the underside.

Wishing You Good Day Ahead,

I need only Beads no capping, no string attached of 3,4,5,6,7 mukhis.
Is it possible. Also I have seen their sizes are 20-30 mm which is 2-3 cms.
Could there be beads of bigger size than this.
Also, need beads in reddish texture ( not black), with no hole(even if it is
natural) and cracks.

Please reply,

Regards,

BRIJ.
