Namaste!!!

Lord Krishna taught in BGita, The Yoga to over come suffering is
"yukta-vairaga"

Yukta ahara-viharasya yukta chestasya karmasu yukta svapna-avibodasya
yogo bhavati dukhah" --- Sri Bhagavan...

Here the Lord says, not by renouncing nor by indulging, but by a
balance of these two the yogi can over come suffering.

To be specific, Krishna says that the yogi who is balanced in eating
and pleasure, balanced in karma attemps, balanced in sleep and wake,
can over come suffering.

What is the 3rd eye if not "buddhi" - a function of mind encasing the
jivatma in badha condition.

Best wishes,
