Namaste Naveen, pls tell your friend to try Ganesh-Laxmi-Durga Mala or Akarshaya Siddh Mala. If you look below, the pictures and links are there for these two malas.

If you friend's business is very large scale, he can try 16 mukh (Jai or Victory Rudraksh) and 17 mukh (Lord Vishwakarma Rudraksh).

Ganesh-Laxmi-Durga Mala

Configuration- 7 mukhi x 1, 8 mukhi x 1 , 9 mukhi x 1

Design- Made in silver caps and attached to thread.

Description - 7 mukhi Rudraksha represents Goddess Mahalaxmi and pacifies planet Saturn . Gives good health and wealth. 8 mukhi Rudraksha represents Lord Ganesha. Removes obstacles and brings success and gives the wearer riddhies and siddhies . 9 mukhi Rudraksha represents Goddess Durga (Shakti). When invoked, the mother Goddess blesses the wearer with lot of energy, powers, Dynamism and fearlessness.

Akarshaya Siddh Mala

Configuration- Mala made of beads from 2 mukhi till 14 mukhi and Gauri Shankar . In this mala 2 mukhi till 7 mukhi are 3 beads each, and beads from 8 mukhi till 14 mukhi and Gauri shankar are one bead each. Rest of mala is made up of tiny seven mukhis beads of Indonesian origin and sandal wood beads and gold spacers.

Total number of beads- 54+1.

Length- 30 inches.

Purpose- Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha. The synergistic combination of all mukhis in a mala provides wearer with abundance in wealth, good health, spirituality and fulfillment of desires.
