The word Tirupati means the Lord of Lakshmi and the word Tirumala means Abode of Lakshmi. The Tirupati temple is considered as one of the 108 most sacred temples throughout India. It is the second most visited religious centers in the world.

Namaste Aakash, thanks for your message. Good to see you and glad you
enjoyed the clips from the VCD!! I heard so much about Tirupathi for
many, many years whenever my friends went on pilgrimage.
Was stunned myself when I saw the VCD clips. This is very rare
because normally cameras and video-recorders are not allowed around
temple grounds or in temples. Also ordered a few copies for
relatives and special friends.
